Roses gifted to the garden by Nature.









The top three photos are of a fabulous rose that must have sprung up from a seed kindly dropped by a bird. It is at the front of a border rather than the back where it rightly belongs, but I'd hate to risk losing it in a move for where it landed originally is where it stays!





This little rose is flowering for the first time this year after springing up at the base of Octavus Weld beside a leaky old tap.
